Children Ticket Sinterklaas

NB1: Please purchase one gift per child registration. We request to not spend more than HKD 200 on the present as we will distribute them during the Sinterklaas party, and we like to give the children the idea that Sinterklaas is fair to all children. All gifts need to be dropped off BEFORE 27th November at 20B Fortis Tower, 77 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai. If you do not have any Sinterklaas wrapping paper yourself, we can provide that to you at the above-mentioned office address.

NB2: When completing the application form for your child /children, please state not only your (i) Child's/Children's Name and (ii) his/her/their date of birth(s), but ALSO (iii) mention a few funny lines/stories about your Child/Children under the 'Optional' Field (it says 'optional' because of technical reasons). This would be 'information' we share with Sinterklaas for his big red book.

NB3: Please do NOT park in front of the Residence of the Consul General and please do NOT drive your car or taxi into the drive lane of the Consul General as we need the space for Sinterklaas, the 'Pieten' and obviously the children.

NB4: Refund (minus 20% costs) until 15th of November only.

NB5: This registration is only for NV members

NB6: Please note that, following the Dutch Association Rules, the Association is not responsible for any damage or injuries that are caused during its organised events.

Refund Policy

* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* A cancellation request can be made by email to treasurer@nedverhk.com
* Subject to approval, if requested at least 10 days before the event,
the NV will refund up to 80% of the purchase amount (due to admin and card fees).
* A booking is considered cancelled only with a confirmation e-mail by the Dutch Association in Hong Kong.
* No shows will be charged and payments are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be rescheduled or cancelled.
