Refund Policy

* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* A cancellation request can be made by email to treasurer@nedverhk.com
* Subject to approval, if requested at least 10 days before the event,
the NV will refund up to 80% of the purchase amount (due to admin and card fees).
* A booking is considered cancelled only with a confirmation e-mail by the Dutch Association in Hong Kong.
* No shows will be charged and payments are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be rescheduled or cancelled.

Please note that, following the Dutch Association Rules, the Association is NOT responsible for any damage or injuries that are caused during its organized events.
