Energy management - Extending your performance window and managing your stress

Andrew Cox Director of Training Joint Dynamics

https://www.jointdynamics.com.hk/the-team/trainers/andrew-cox

In this interactive workshop Andrew blends theory and practical exercises to empower participants to grow in confidence in a busy, high pressure, at times unpredictable work environment.

Our health and performance are cumulative. Lifestyle behaviours such as whether we exercise or not, the types of foods we eat or do not eat, and how well we can recover are all factors and skills to be developed. These skills greatly influence how productive and healthy we are in the short, mid and long term.

The above points and their nuances are some of the elements that we can learn to use to enhance our overall well-being, effectiveness, and vitality. Assisting us in gaining internal locus of control over the state of our personal wellbeing, our working efficiency, and the culture we support and influence at home and at our work place.

These effects are physical, psycho-social, and economical, and an important ingredient to assist in creating or adding to a high performance and creative culture in any industry.

Key learning objectives are to be able to efficiently manage energy levels and life demands to maintain high productivity, ward off sickness, lethargy, and diss-ease, while supporting and promoting physical, mental and emotional well being.
